| Cancellation & Refund Policy |
| If you purchase a product or service from AFA Trading then you must make advance payment in full. You will be entitled to a refund if you request so from us in writing within 14 days of payment. You may alternatively wish to transfer to another product or service or alternate course date that we offer. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided if you do not attend the event for any reason, however we will provide you a credit to be used towards future AFA Trading course dates. Please note that all refunds are subject to a £100 administration fee to cover banking costs incurred. At the discretion of AFA Trading management, we may in some instances accept deposits to secure your place. If so, all remaining payments must be made in full 10 business days before your date of training and all deposits (if accepted) are non refundable. |

| AFA Trading takes your privacy seriously. When you sign up for a service from AFA Trading we store your name, e-mail address and telephone number if provided. By signing up to an email service or product, you agree to the collection, storage and processing of your information in the manner set out in this policy. We use the information we collect from you to process orders, and identify personal preferences. In addition, we use the information for internal administration and analysis. From time to time, we also use it to conduct surveys on what you think of us and our products and services. Unless you have opted not to receive offers, we also use your information to send offers by email from us, and by post from us and other very carefully selected outside companies. Should you wish to unsubscribe at any time, instructions on how to do so are included with every e-mail. We will only disclose your data to third parties, if we are compelled to do so for legal or regulatory purposes. You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to correct any inaccuracies in that information. Membership payments are managed securely by PayPal. Occasionally, the client may consent to provide their details in order to allow the client to make a payment to AFA Trading. (Any details taken by AFA Trading in order to set up a payment or subscription is destroyed after the required payment has been made.)

| Subscription Services |
| Payments for Newsletter Subscription Services, including but not limited to the AFA Trading Newsletter, must be made one month in advance. The AFA Trading Newsletter 12-month Subscription Package is payable entirely in advance, and the AFA Trading Newsletter 3-month Subscription Package is payable entirely in advance. Payment dates will recur on the same date each monthCancellations must be made one month in advance. E.g. at any stage of your subscription, having made at least one payment, you can advise us that the next months payment will be your last. All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing by post or email. Under no circumstances will any refunds be given for any month or part month, or for any portion of a subscription less than the 2 month minimum term. |
| Delievery Policy |
| AFA Trading services are delivered to customers via the internet or via live in-classroom instruction. In the case of the Video Newsletter subscription, customers can expect a new subscription to be activated within 48-hours of having submitted the relevant personal details and payment. In the case of the AFA Trading Course and AFA Trading Bespoke Coaching Packages, customers can expect to attend the live instruction on the scheduled dates agreed at the moment of purchasing the services. |
